Service Description. This Site describes Residential Welding, Commercial Welding, Industrial Welding, Structural Welding, Welding Repair provided by 3G Welding SVC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://3gweldingsvc.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of 3G Welding SVC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

End of Use. 3G Welding SVC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

No Warranties. 3G Welding SVC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Damages. 3G Welding SVC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold 3G Welding SVC harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TX law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TX for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
